How do I view my reports?
Once your financial reports are completed, they are generated electronically and uploaded to a private, secure portal. You will be notified via email indicating your reports are complete.
Do you deliver reports?
Yes. Many of our clients require some information to be delivered on a recurring basis or if an item is time sensitive and confidential in nature. We work with the method that fits your organizational needs.
How do I pay my invoice?
Paying your invoice is easy! You may call the receptionist during normal business hours with your credit card information or you may pay your invoice online using the link provided on the invoice.

How involved do I need to be?
That depends entirely upon you. Of course, because it is your finances, there will always be a level of involvement on your part. However, we like to make bookkeeping as stress free as possible. The more accurate your records are, the less time it will take and the less expensive it will be.
How much will it cost?
Costs will vary greatly from client to client. The biggest factor will be the number of transactions that are generated monthly and the complexity of those transactions.
How much time does it take?
The time it takes to complete bookkeeping is often difficult to pinpoint. This will depend on the number of transactions that need to be mapped and how organized the information is that is being provided. The time of year also has a bearing on turnaround time. Quarter end and year end financials often take a longer time.
How do I get my information to you?
With today’s technology, there are a variety of ways to submit your information. With our new website, you may create your own unique portal to upload your documents safely and securely! Many of our clients scan and e-mail their documents while others choose to mail them. For an additional fee, you may also prepare your documents and we can schedule to have them picked up (limited delivery area).
